Abu Dhabi Investment Council is an extremely high-performing organisation, recognised as one of the top five sovereign wealth fund management companies in the world, and they do not take this in their stride. The core focus of their workshop with us was performance.

We put the team through Before Mars, our most challenging simulation, which calls for strategic thinking and high amounts of collaboration and works as an excellent metaphor for boosting performance. Despite a challenging start to the workshop, the team did an incredible job, ending up with an impressive 110% score that put them in the top three of all companies regionally within the UAE.
